Scrolling latest posts

It's just my two cents but

1. The feature that causes posts scrolling to the top based on the latest comment...I can live without and would much prefer to see the threads in order, stay in order. I'm missing 80% of the posts because I don't know how far to scroll down to see all the posts.
2. A more visible activity or post counter would be nice.
3. Not gonna give up on hoping for and harping or wining about that signature...

Hey @thebtls, the feature #1 -- the setup here is exactly like the original forum when it is setup as flat view, active thread first.  That is how I always viewed the forum (and other forums), so it was a much less distruptive switch to this one.  So if they do that here, it would be nice if it's a user option.

Also, I wonder if @WPB would be able to determine, historically, what % of users view in which configuration--  it's a total of 6 combinations (classic/threaded/flat view and active/newest thread first).

I like the view where topic and the posts are followed in a indented paragraph form.  You knew who originated the topic and to whom you were responding.

I like the indented posts as well. The quote feature still has it's place, but it is not a solve for a direct reply other than using @, but that doesn't group them together.

If we are not going to get indented replies, it would be nice to have a list of threads in your profile where you handle was mentioned. That way you would not miss someone "talking" to you if the thread is not bookmarked.

Thanks gang.  So I guess My #1 needs to be a request for an option to view differently...what ever it is, flat, etc. that allows me to see the posts as LIFO...Keep On Eggin'
