Good Recipe for Beef Short Ribs

I am looking for a good recipe for short ribs to be done on the Big Grenn Egg.Any help would be greatly appreciated.[p]Thanks![p]METROFIRE

    Put on your favorite rub and let them sit wrapped in plastic wrap overnight. Put them in a rib rack over a drip pan (I use a plate setter (upside down) or a raised grid). Have the dome temp at 225-250. (I use oak or coffeewood for smoke). It will take 5-6 hours. If you can, stick a meat probe in the thickest part of the meat and cook to 195. Wrap in foil for 30 or more niutes and seve. Enjoy!
