Boudin, Wangs, and Village Hammers

This was a really simple cook last Sunday, but oh so delicious. The Whole Foods Market has a butcher that makes the most wonderful boudin. Pork, rice, green onion, and whatever other seasoning he puts in it. Delicious. I like it grilled with a little Mister Mustard, but you could have it a 1000 ways I am sure. I also had some wings that I marinated in Nando's Piri Piri sauce. I have one other Piri Piri Sauce that I found a month or so ago so I will have a comparison. Nando's was good, but not that hot. I also wanted to make the Village Hammers the first time I saw them in Planet Barbecue and I think Griffin made them a few weeks ago. The looked tasty so I got back on that recipe too. They were good, but not what I would call exciting.
