Bought a DigiQ DX today at the Dizzy Pig Store Grand Opening. Can't wait to try it on a cook. Since it's been real hot and humid I have a back log in the freezer. 4 racks of ribs, whole chicken, boneless legg of lamb, and chicken thighs & Breasts.
