Any one out there have any good roaat ideas they want to share. I have a chuck roast in the freezer I am want to toss on the BGE. Need some ideas on how to proceed with this cook. ^:)^ Thanks for your input.

Many ways to do a chuck roast. One of our favorites is to marinade for a few hours in 1/2 Dale's seasoning & 1/2 pineapple juice...then cook it direct at 375-400 until done. We pull ours at 130 and let rest for a few minutes...also look for Clay Q's pulled beef recipe...that is an all day effort but well worth it.
