Mark Read seems to be non functional

So I log in and click on the Forums link.  I then mouse to the right side of the screen until the options menu appears.  Click on that, then click mark read.  Go into the specific forum and all the posts are still showing as New.

When you are seeing all the "Topics" you will notice a yellow box indicating new posts since you last read that topic
