Pork LoinJalepeno/Cheddar Sausage or any SausageBaconMrs. ButterworthButt RubbInstructions

1) Take Pork Loin and shove Turkey baster through the middle to bore a hole through it2) Shove the Sausage throug the hole3) Rub Butt Rub over the pork loin4) Wrap the entire loin in bacon5) Inject Mrs. Butterworth on all sides of the LoinPut on Green Egg at 200-250 for 1.5-2 hours until done.Check the temparature of the Loin, not the sausage!NotesThis is Awesome and your friends/neighbors would be impressed. I made 10 loafs for the Pacific Northwest Eggfest and they all went in about 15 minutes!Number of Servings: 2Time to Prepare: 2 Hours
