Ingredients
Pork Loin
Jalepeno/Cheddar Sausage or any Sausage
Bacon
Mrs. Butterworth
Butt Rubb
Instructions
1) Take Pork Loin and shove Turkey baster through the middle to bore a hole through it
2) Shove the Sausage throug the hole
3) Rub Butt Rub over the pork loin
4) Wrap the entire loin in bacon
5) Inject Mrs. Butterworth on all sides of the Loin
Put on Green Egg at 200-250 for 1.5-2 hours until done.
Check the temparature of the Loin, not the sausage!

This is Awesome and your friends/neighbors would be impressed. I made 10 loafs for the Pacific Northwest Eggfest and they all went in about 15 minutes!Number of Servings: 2
