Gator Rub

Ingredients

1/2 cup sweet paprika 1/3 cup turbinado sugar 1/4 cup Gator Dust Chili Powder 1 Tbsp thyme 1 Tbsp oregano 1 tsp powdered vinegar (optional but I love the extra tang)

Instructions

Mix it all up and store in an airtight container. Apply liberally to your favorite bbq meat. Not suitable for high temperature cooks. The sugar and paprika will burn.
