Gator Dust Chili Powder

Ingredients

4 Tbsp Mild California Chili Pepper 3 Tbsp Gebhardt Chili Powder 2 Tbsp Ground Cumin 1 Tbsp Hot Chimayo Chili Pepper 1 Tbsp Pasilla Chili Pepper 1 Tbsp Guajillo Chili Pepper 1 Tbsp Red Jalapeno Chili Pepper 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large sealed container and shake until well blended. For "family" chili, use two tablespoons per gallon of liquid (not including beans, meat, etc.). For competition chili use four tablespoons per gallon of liquid.
