For 10 #4 Tb. salt1 cup white vinagar5 Tb. paprika3 Tb. hot ground pepper3 Tb. fresh garlic1Tb. oregano2 tsp. black coarse pepper1 cup water10 lbs. boned pork butts * Kari and would like to double ingredients, except for salt.Instructions

Grind pork using a 3/8 plate. Add wet and dry ingredients, then hand mix into pork. Par. freeze, and grind again. Par freeze before sutffung.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
