Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 rack Baby Back Pork Ribs
Favorite Pork BBQ Rub
1/2 bottle Beer
Aluminum foil
Favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

Directions:

Get your grill nice and hot.

Completely cover all sides the ribs with the pork rub.  (You can't use too much!)

Cut rack in half and allow to set for 2-3 hours.  (The longer the better the taste!)

Pull out two sheets of aluminum foil about 36" long.

Lay out side by side, overlapping by about 1/4 of the width of the foil.

Lay the two rib halves on the middle of the foil and wrap the ribs in the foil.

Pour beer into the foil.

Cook for 2-3 hours or until the ribs are cooked through.

Remove the ribs from the foil and place on back of grill.

Brush liberally with BBQ sauce glazes and the ribs are done.
