Ingredientsyellow squash, onion, grenn & red pepper, aspargus, protablello mushrooms, pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, greek seasoningInstructionsget large piece of tin foil and fold together to make a "boat". Slice veggies and season with greek seasoning and pepper. place veggies into boat and add 3 table spoons of soy sause, 3 table spoons of olive oil, and 2 table spoons of butter. try to mix everything around so it's all coated. Wrap up really tight in tin foil and then wrap that with tin foil again.
if you are cooking on direct heat, then 350 for 30-40 minutes. Indirect heat leave on for at least hour.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
