Turkey Cordon Bleu

Boneless turkey loin (breast), bread crumbs or panko, sliced ham, cheese of your liking, seasoning, egg,


Pound turkey loin flat and season both side of turkey, stack sliced ham and cheese on the inside and roll tight. Dip is egg and then cover with bread crumbs or panko. Toothpicks help hold it all together.

Set up egg for indirect heat at 350 degrees and cook for 30-45 minutes.  I usally add some apple wood to help give it a smoke while it's baking. 

Pull of and let stand for 10 minutes. Take out toothpicks and slice.


Number of Servings: 7-8

Time to Prepare: 20 minutes
