Soul seasoning, cayenne pepper, accent


season the tri tip to taste with the soul seasoning, accent, and cayenne pepper. Get egg up to around 600. Put on tri tip direct without plate setter. cook 2 minutes on each side. Take off and cool egg down to around 350. Put tri tip back on and cook to internal 122. Take off and wrap in foil. It will continue to cook and go up to 140. This is where I like tri tip, but you can adjust to your taste. At this temp it is very tender and tasty.
