Ingredients

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Mix

2 tbs. sugar

Olive oil

Kosher sea salt

Fresh ground pepper

2 cups organic tomato sauce (NOT pizza sauce)

3 tbs. gluten-free corn meal mix

Fresh shredded Mozzerela cheese

Oregano

Italian seasoning

Minced garlic

Whatever toppings you like

Instructions

Start off making the crust by following the directions on the Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Mix (yeast, set time, etc.) but add in 1 tbs of sugar.

Let dough sit for 1 1/2 hours before kneedning

Using WET hands, press dough into the shape of a pizza pie

Drizzle olive oil, Kosher sea salt and fresh ground pepper all over the dough

Sauce:

Mix the tomato sauce, 1 tbs. of sugar and 3 tbs of the corn meal mix together and spread evenly on the dough

Add your favorite toppings in abundance

Sprinkle oregano, Italian seasonings, salt, minced garlic and course ground pepper all over the toppings

Apply a liberal amount of freshly shredded Mozzarela cheese

Cooking style:

Plate setter with legs up and grate on legs

Pizza on the air bake pizza pan available at Target (or pizza stone, I'm sure)

Bake about 15 minutes around 525F (adjust per preference for crispness of crust)
