Kickin burgers
Ingredients
1 pound of ground chuck (makes 3 burgers) Worcestershire sauce jalapenos BGE gourmet seasoning pepper jack cheese hamburger bunsInstructions
Chop up jalapenos into small pieces and mix them into the ground chuck. Form 3 patties and flatten them out to half an inch or less. splash some Worcestershire sauce on top and sprinkle on the seasoning. Let stand for about 20-30 minutes. Heat the grill up to 400 degrees. Put burgers on grill for 3 minutes, flip and grill for another 3 minuets. shut the grill down, close the dampener and put the cap on. Put the pepper jack cheese on and close the lid. In a few minutes the cheese will be melted. Put on a bun and enjoy.Notes
3 minutes of grilling on each side will give you a medium rare burger with a fair amount of pink. 5 minutes on each side will be a much more done burger. This burger is juicy and has a little kick, very good.Number of Servings: 3
