  • olive oil
  • fresh garlic
  • fresh tomatoes
  • fresh oregano and basil
  • crushed red pepper
  • Salt
  • pepper


chop garlic and saute in pan with olive oil

add tomatoes cut into small pieces

add chopped oregano and basil

add crushed red pepper to taste

add salt and pepper to taste

simmer until desired consistency

Puree in blender
