Grilled Peaches with Pineapplehead Rub, Aged BV, Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- Peaches
- Dizzy Pig Pineapplehead rub
- Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
Instructions
Cut peach in 1/2 & remove seed
Get egg ready @ 350 direct heat
Sprinkle flat side with pineapllehead rub
Grill flat side down for 5 min.
Flip over & drizzle Aged BV over flat side
Add about 1 Tbsp of blue cheese crumbles to peach
Cook for 5 min.
ENJOY...These are SOOOO much better than they sound!
