Lamb chops

Ingredients

salt pepper olive oil creole mustard rosemary

Instructions

Buy lamb chops already frenched (most good grocery stores have them. Salt and pepper them and drizzle with olive oil. Get the egg to 650. Sear all sides until a crust is formed. Take them off. Coat them with the mustard and rosemary. Let the grill settle to 350 (place the cogwheel on). Place them back on and cook to 135 which is rareor 140 to medium non traditional. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
