Coleslaw with Cilantro and Jalapenos

<h4>Ingredients</h4><div class="recipe-simple">
<li>4 cups of red cabbage, shredded</li>
<li>1/3 cup of mayonnaise</li>
<li>4 tablespoons of lime juice</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar</li>
<li>2 tablespoons of cilantro (plus more if you’re as mad about it as I am!)</li>
<li>2 jalapenos diced</li>
<li>2 cloves of garlic pressed or minced</li>
<li>1 large radish, grated</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of Chipolte powder</li>

<p>Mix all ingredients and chill for a few hours for the flavors to meld. Serves four to six.</p>
