Quick Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Per medium size steak. Great on Filet.

  • 1-1/2 tsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Cholula Hot Sauce. Regular or Garlic.
  • 1 tsp Honey.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions

I just do this straight out of the bottle. No measuring. Right before it goes on the grill. If you let your steak sit in a wet marinade for too long you will end overdone steaks.

Use just enough Teriyaki Marinade to coat. You don't want your steak sitting in a pool of it.

A few drops of hot sauce. More if you like it really spicy. I spread it around the steak with a fork. Even coating all over.

At this point add Salt and Pepper.

Last drizzle with Just enough honey to coat. Not alot, you don't want it to be too sweet. This will give it a nice caremelized crust.

Of course cook medium rare, rest for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
