Triple C Awesome Steak Rub - Coffee Cocoa Cinnamon

Ingredients

2 level tablespoons of ground coffee
1 level tablespoon ground cocoa (Hersheys)
1/2 level tablespoon ground cinnamon

Enough for 1.5 pounds of steak

Instructions

Mix the Triple Cs dry ingredients.  Rub steak with some extra virgin olive oil, then coat with the Three Cs rub.  Place steak on hot egg grill for 2 minutes per side at 550 degrees F, then remove and cover with aluminum foil.  Let the egg drop to 350-400 then put steak back on to finish it to your liking.
