Raspberry Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp All purpose BBQ rub
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery seeds
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes to let flavors blend. Strain theough a fine mesh sieve to remove raspberry seeds.Notes
Makes about 4 1/2 cups. Pour into airtight containers and store in the refridgerator for up to 1 week.Number of Servings: 4 1/2 cups
