Raspberry Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries1 cup granulated sugar1 cup ketchup1 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup raspberry vinegar1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp All purpose BBQ rub1 tbsp cracked black pepper1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powder1/4 tsp celery seedsPinch cayenne pepper1/2 cup water InstructionsCombine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes to let flavors blend. Strain theough a fine mesh sieve to remove raspberry seeds.NotesMakes about 4 1/2 cups.
