Ingredients
Garlic powder to tasteSoul seasoning to taste
Accent to taste
chili powder to taste
Cayenne to taste
Sriracha hot chili sauce (sold at most good grocery stores)
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
Worstershire sauce
Instructions
Depending on how many wings your cooking, put the appropriate amount of BBQ sauce in a bowl with a lid to toss and coat the wings.
Add the above ingredients to taste (I don't use measuring spoons). Mix together.
Add wings and toss to well covered. I put my wings in a Food Saver canister and vaccuum, but you could let set for a couple of hours.
Set Egg at 280 degrees for indirect cooking (legs up). Cook for around 2 hours, turning about every twenty minutes. When you think there about done, mix up some more sauce, and coat both sides again, and heat until done.
Notes
Make plenty cause you can't stop eating, and heaven forbid you have company!Number of Servings:
