Ingredients

Pork cut in kabob size pieces Hoisin Sauce Wasabi dipping sauce Wasabi powder Olive Oil Vinegar

Instructions

Use any pork, even chops with bones removed. Skewer pork, cover with Hoisin sauce, marinate for an hour or more. Sear and reduce heat until done. Serve with wasabi sauce. Crazy Taste......

Notes

Oh yea, here is how to make the wasabi dipping sauce- Mix wasabi powder and water like you are making sushi Mix wasabi paste with equal amounts of vinegar and olive oil. Adjust to taste
