<h4>Ingredients</h4><P>Dressing:<BR>1/3 cup buttermilk<BR>1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro<BR>2T sour cream<BR>1T mayonnaise<BR>1/2t grated lime rind ( zest)<BR>1/4t minced fresh garlic<BR>1/4t salt<BR>1/8t cumin dash of red pepper</P>
<P>Combine above ingredients and process for 30 seconds until pureed. cover and chill Salad; 4 medium tomatoes chopped, 1 cup diced avocado, 1/4 cup chopped red onion Salt and Pepper to taste.</P><h4>Instructions</h4>Chop salad ingredients fine. mix with chilled dressing and serve.<h4>Notes</h4><p><b>Number of Servings:</b> </p><p><b>Time to Prepare:</b> </p>
