Ingredients

Beer or 7up

Instructions
Slice pork thinly, and marinate in mixture for 24-48 hours.When ready to cook, soak bamboo skewers about 20 minutes prior to skewering meat.
Cook direct over 375° raised grid, turning frequently. Look at meat for doneness, and pull as char marks appear evenly around the skewer. One thing I do to prevent the skewers from burning while the meat is cooking is to take a piece of foil and fold it half and lay the exposed portion of the skewer on top of the foil to shield it from the direct heat source.
