Red Chile Marinade for Steak

Ingredients

1 12oz can beer (Mexican preferred)

1 cup dried ground chile (any heat preference)

1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup oil (canola or other neutral oil)

1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic

Instructions

Blend in blender or whisk ingredients

Marinate steaks at least 4 hours...24 hours really good!

Wipe off excess marinade and grill direct over moderate heat to desired doneness, turning a few times during cook.

Good with flank to tenderloin--any cut you may want to grill! Great sliced or in a hot corn tortilla!

Notes

Serve with fresh salsa: onion, cilantro, lime juice, and green chile or your favorite. Meat can be frozen in marinade and will marinate in fridge while defrosting in a day or two. So do several at once!

Number of Servings: 6 or more

Time to Prepare: 20min/unlimited
