Did some boneless chicken wings last night. They are a pain, but man-o-man they are good.
Marinaded them with Mrs. Dogs Jerk sauce, stuffed with cajun romen noodles and gave them a good dusting of Jamaican Firewalk. WOO HOO!!![p]I think I'm going to hit the local Thai spots around here and see what they will debone them for me.... for a nominal fee of course.[p]The possibilities are ENDLESS..........

Wardster, That sounds REALLY good, but it sounds like an awful lot of trouble to go through for wing meat. I wonder if it would be just as easy to buy whole boneless chicken breasts and cut them into smaller pieces, then stuff them? Or buy the frozen whole boneless skinless thighs at Sams and do them the same way? Just a thought. :)

    vr6Cop,
I will probably try the thighs. Not enough fat in the breast for this guy. Besides, I'm a self proclaimed Wing Connoisseur!!
