Daryl`s Rib and Chicken Rub

1-1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tb ground mustard
1 tb onion powder
1 tb celery salt
1 tb spoon coarse salt (margarita salt)
1 tb fresh ground pepper
1 tb garlic salt
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tb paprika
1 tsp chili powder


Apply to meat (Pork and Chicken works best) at least 6 hours before cooking

For ribs: brush ribs with yellow mustard then apply rub

Smoke around 5-6 hours


Mix well and store in air tight container last for months
