Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1/2 lb chopped candied cherries

1/2 lb chopped candied pineapple

1/2 lb chopped dates

3 beaten eggs

1  cup  flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup flaked coconut

2 cups chopped nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Mix well and bake in greased small muffin tins. Plate setter legs up with cooking grid on. Bake at 325° to 350° for 25 minutes.
