Bente\'s Stuffed Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins

1 cup of granny smith apple chopped

1/2 cup of chopped raisins

1/2 cup sliced green onions

balsamic vinegar

rub of your choice

Instructions

butterfly tenderloins until they lay flat.

add some of your rub, apples, onion, and raisins, top with a few shakes of balsamic vinegar.

roll up tenderloin and tie or skewer

place on a 375 degree egg direct. turning a few times until internal temp is 145

let rest for 5 min before slicing and enjoying
