Ingredients

1-1/2 tbsp of salt 1 tbsp of ground black pepper

Sprinkle across the slab of ribs. Then lightly sprinkle chili powder over the slab and rub In all 3 spices until every inch of the meat coated. Smoke to desired doneness until the meat is drawing up on the bone about 1/8". Depending on your pit, this could be 4-8 hours. Wrap in foil and add about 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce.
