Spicy Peanut Cashew Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 Cup commercial peanut sauce• 2 Tbs crushed red chilis
• &#189 Cup crunchy peanut butter• 2 Tbs toasted sesame seed
• 1 Cup coconut milk• &#188  Cup chopped fresh cilantro
• &#189 Cup thai chili sauce• water as neccessary to thin
• &#189 Cup cashew pieces pounded
• 2 Tbs sesame oil

Instructions

Pound the cashews in a plastic freezer bag with a meat mallet.

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat slowly. Add water to develop a consistency between the commercial sauce and the peanut butter or your preference

Notes

Serve Warm with satay skewers
