Spicy Peanut Cashew Sauce

Ingredients
• 1 Cup commercial peanut sauce | • 2 Tbs crushed red chilis |
• ½ Cup crunchy peanut butter | • 2 Tbs toasted sesame seed |
• 1 Cup coconut milk | • ¼ Cup chopped fresh cilantro |
• ½ Cup thai chili sauce | • water as neccessary to thin |
• ½ Cup cashew pieces pounded | |
• 2 Tbs sesame oil |
Instructions
Pound the cashews in a plastic freezer bag with a meat mallet.Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat slowly. Add water to develop a consistency between the commercial sauce and the peanut butter or your preference
