Ingredients
• 15 Roma tomatoes | • 2 large onions |
• 2 can 28 oz whole tomatoes | • 2 Tbs ground cumin |
• 3 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes | • 2 Tbs sugar |
• 2 can 10 oz rotel tomatoes | • 3 Tbs sea salt |
• 8-10 whhole jalapenos not seeded | |
• 1 bunch cilentdro |
Instructions
course cut tomatoes, jalapenos,cilentro, and onions. In batches add all ingredients to a food processor and chop finley. Pour into several jars and place in fridge, will stay go for approx. 8 weeks.If preferred hotter add more peppers.
