Tex-Mex Picante ssauce(Salsa)

Ingredients

• 15 Roma tomatoes• 2 large onions
• 2  can 28 oz whole tomatoes• 2 Tbs ground cumin
• 3  can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes• 2 Tbs sugar
• 2 can 10 oz rotel tomatoes• 3 Tbs sea salt
• 8-10 whhole jalapenos not seeded
• 1 bunch cilentdro

Instructions

course cut tomatoes, jalapenos,cilentro, and onions. In batches add all ingredients to a food processor and chop finley. Pour into several jars and place in fridge, will stay go for approx. 8 weeks.
If preferred hotter add more peppers.
