Texas Firecracker Kabobs
Mark Little Elm, TX
Posts: 1
Ingredients
• 1 lb chicken tenders |
• 4 Jalapenos |
• 1 Box Package of Bacon |
• 1 Box Cream Cheese |
• 1 Onion |
Instructions
Marinate Chicken in your favorite seasoning. I use a sweet rub with typical BBQ sauce or mustard BBQ sauce depending on the final flavor I'm looking for.Cut the jalapenos in thin strips.
Cut onion into pieces to be used for a kabob later.
Cut the cream cheese into small cube sections.
Wrap each cicken tender around the sliced jalapeno and cream cheese chunk. Hold the chicken tender together by wrapping the bacon around that.
Once you've completely wrapped all the tenders, put them in between pieces of onion on the kabob. Wait until fully cooked and enjoy!!! Trust me they're awesome, good as appetizers or for the main course.
Cook for about 30 minutes between 275-300 degrees.
