Ingredients

• 1 white onion or vidalia if in season
• 2 potatos
• 6-7 carrots of a bag of baby carrots
• &#188-&#189 Cup favorite rib rub
• 1-3 bottles of your favorite dark beer
• 1 7-8lbs porkloin

Instructions

This a very easy recipe, first rub your loin down with your favorite dry
rub be generous, then you cut your veggies. Cut your onions into large
pieces so the people who don't like them can pick them out. Let your meat sit for awhile to soak in the flavor of the rub.

Heat your grill to about 275-300 put your loin on for about 30-45 mins.
really pour the smoke to it with apple wood chips. Then, put the loin in
a large dutch oven with the veggies and beer. Put the lid on and about halfway through add more beer if needed. When its done it will fall apart like a roast.

  • This sound like something I would like to try but I'm missing the dutch oven set up. Do you put the DO in the BGE and if so how long is half way through? If you put the DO in the egg what temp or is the same as the initial 275-300 setting?
