• 2 lb ground chuck
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 Dash cyanne pepper
• &#189 lb mexican cheese
• 1 Cup avacado slices


Just form 4 patties and bring out meat &#189 before cooking as it cooks better closer to room temp

Get the grill HOT, pre-soak hickory chips for &#189 hour or more


Sear, smoke, then cook
