• 2 lb ground chuck |
• 1 tsp chili powder |
• 1 tsp garlic powder |
• 1 tsp onion powder |
• 1 tsp salt |
• 1 tsp black pepper |
• 1 Dash cyanne pepper |
• ½ lb mexican cheese |
• 1 Cup avacado slices |
Instructions
Just form 4 patties and bring out meat ½ before cooking as it cooks better closer to room tempGet the grill HOT, pre-soak hickory chips for ½ hour or more
