1 Family Pack Chicken Thighs (I use skinless or just remove the skin. Breast meat works well for this too.) Marinade: 1 Cup Itialian Dressing 1 Cup Lemonade 1 1/2 Tsp Dizzzy Pig Shakin the Tree (You could scale this, but keep the ratios the same.) More Rub for after Marinating.


Mix Marinade ingredients & set aside. Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Add it To a Ziploc bag and marinate overnight or up to a day. If you notice the meat turning white with little pink left, remove from marinade and do the rub step. When you’re done marinating, make sure you pat them dry. Liberally sprinkle the rub on the meat, including under the skin if you left it on. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or up to a day. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before you plan to start cooking and spray with a light coating of canola oil. I cook them at about 350 raised direct until the juice runs clear or they hit 170.
