Apple Crisp

Ingredients
• 4 Cup sliced pared tart apples (about 4 medium) I use granny smith |
• 2/3-¾ Cup brown sugar (packed) |
• ½ Cup all-purpose flour |
• ½ Cup oats |
• ¾ tsp cinnamon |
• 1/3 Cup butter or margarine, softened |
Instructions
Heat BGE to 375 (roughly)Grease an 8X8X2 square pan
place apple slices in pan
mix remaining ingredients throughly (I recommend using a fork when the butter is added)
sprinkle topping evenly over apples
Bake for about an hour or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Notes
