Wilted Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
• 1 head of Lettuce, washed and shredded |
• ½ Cup Olive Oil, hot |
• ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar |
• 2 Tbs Sugar, as needed |
• 1 Red Onion, peeled and chopped (to garnish) |
Instructions
**"Wilt" the lettuce with the hot oil in a large metal bowl.(CAUTION: DEALING WITH OIL IS VERY DANGEROUS. MAKE SURE LETTUCE IS
DRY AND ROOM-TEMPERATURE TO AVOID SPLATTERS.) Add vinegar. Add sugar
as needed to offset acidity. Garnish with onion, chill and serve.
Delicious!
Serve with main course.
