GRILLED OKRA

Ingredients
| • 14 OKRA |
| • 1 tsp KOSHER SALT |
| • 1 Tbs FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER |
| • 2 Oz OLIVE OIL |
Instructions
Wash Okra and let dry.Cut off the tough ends and line up on a flat surface largest to smallest(I reverse everyother one to make them stack efficiently). Stick a pair of wooden skewers through the Okra, brush them with olive oil, season them with salt and freshly ground pepper.Cook on the grill @300-320 degrees until they are just starting to brown(around 10 minutes, turning them once or twice).
