Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients
| • 1 lb ground chuck (don"t use a leaner grind) | • ½ tsp granulated garlic (or ¼ tsp garlic powder) |
| • 1 ¾ Cup water | • 1 tsp granulated onion (or ½ tsp onion powder) |
| • 2 Tbs chile powder | • 2 tsp salt |
| • 2 tsp sweet hungarian paprika | • 1 Dash Tobasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce) |
| • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper | |
| • ½ tsp cumin |
Instructions
Mix water and all spices in a large saucepanBreak up meat into small pieces into the water
Stir well
Bring all ingredients to a boil and stir well
Turn heat down and simmer until nearly all water is gone
Stir occasionally
Notes
Don't brown the meatStart everything out cold
Sprinkle a little Hot Hungarian Paprika on the finished hot dog
