Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
| • 1 tsp minced garlic |
| • 1 Tbs minced jalapeno |
| • 1 Tbs dried chipotle chilies |
| • ½ white onion - minced |
| • 1 green bell pepper - minced |
| • 1 red bell pepper - minced |
| • 1 bunch of cilantro - minced |
| • ½ Cup lime juice |
| • ½ Cup white vinegar |
Instructions
Mix it all together -- add salt and pepper to taste - enjoy!Notes
