Swordfish with mango chutney

• 1 lb Swordfish• 1 unripe mango
• 1 Tbs chopped Ginger• &#188 Cup cilantro
• 1 Tbs chopped Garlic• 3 plum tomatoes
• 1 Tbs chopped Scallions• 1 jalapeno
• 1 tsp allspice• 1 Tbs chipotle pepper flakes
• Dried hot peppers to taste I recommend it spicy• 1 1 red cherry Pepper, 1/2 green pepper
• 1 tsp Salt• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp black pepper• juice of 1 lime, 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbs olive oil
• 1 tsp soy sauce


Combine rub ingredients in mortar & pestle or food processor and cover steaks or seafood generously.
Chop & mix all ingedients for the mango chutney. Use to top steaks Good with any seafood or salsa and chips.
