Swordfish with mango chutney
Ingredients
• 1 lb Swordfish | • 1 unripe mango |
• 1 Tbs chopped Ginger | • ¼ Cup cilantro |
• 1 Tbs chopped Garlic | • 3 plum tomatoes |
• 1 Tbs chopped Scallions | • 1 jalapeno |
• 1 tsp allspice | • 1 Tbs chipotle pepper flakes |
• Dried hot peppers to taste I recommend it spicy | • 1 1 red cherry Pepper, 1/2 green pepper |
• 1 tsp Salt | • 1 tsp kosher salt |
• 1 tsp black pepper | • juice of 1 lime, 1 Tbsp olive oil |
• 1 Tbs olive oil | |
• 1 tsp soy sauce |
Instructions
Combine rub ingredients in mortar & pestle or food processor and cover steaks or seafood generously.Chop & mix all ingedients for the mango chutney. Use to top steaks Good with any seafood or salsa and chips.
