Grilled Destin Shrimp

Ingredients
• 1 lb 1 Pound medium or large fresh Bay Shrimp (with pink dot on sides) |
• 1 Tbs salt |
• 1 Whole Lemon cut in halves (seeds removed) |
Instructions
Peel and devein shrimp. Be sure to leave tail portion on for ease of handling.Rinse in cold water an pat dry.
Salt
Let stand at room temp for 30 minutes.
Grill over regular charcoal ar 400 - 500 degrees.
Lift lid and place shrimp directly on grill or use seafood grill.
Best to use salad tongs to handle.
Close lid and cook for 3 minutes.
Open lid and flip over (best you can) and coat with lemon juice.
Cook additional 3 minutes with lid closed.
Remove from grill and coat once gain with lemon juice to slow cooking process and flavor.
ENJOY!

None needed. Don't kill the natural flavor with sauce.Number of Servings:
