Lavender/Herb Rub for Lamb

• 3 Tbs Lavender flowers, dried• 1 tsp granulated Garlic
• 2 Tbs Basil, dried• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbs Rosemary, dried• &#189 tsp Black pepper
• 4 tsp Chervil, dried• &#188 tsp Bay leaf, dried
• 4 tsp Marjoram, dried• &#188 tsp Tarragon, dried
• 2 tsp Thyme, dried
• 2 tsp Turbinado sugar


Grind lavender flowers and dried herbs. Combine and mix thoroughly.
