Gary K.'s Creole Seasoning(Pre Or Post Cooking Seasoning)



• 26 Oz Box of free-flowing non-iodized salt.• To use for seafood, add following to previous mixture:
• 1.5 Oz Box of ground black pepper.• 1 tsp Powdered thyme.
• 2 Oz Box of red pepper.• 1 tsp Bay leaf, powdered.
• 1 Oz Bottle garlic powder.• 1 tsp Sweet basil, powdered.
• 1 Oz Box chili powder.
• 1 Oz Container MSG (Accent)


All ingredients should be finely powdered. I do not like to use food processors because of the heat they can generate so, I powder mine with a hand grinder. Mix all ingredients very well then, enjoy!
