Ingredients
| • 4 Tbs kosher salt | • 1 Tbs mustard powder |
| • ¼ Cup dark brown sugar | • 1 Tbs cayenne pepper |
| • 2 Tbs turbinado sugar | • 2 Tbs paprika |
| • 1 Tbs onion powder | • 1 Tbs dried ground sage |
| • 1 Tbs garlic powder | • 1 Tbs dried ground thyme |
| • 1 Tbs ground black pepper | • 1 Tbs dried rosemary |
| • 1 Tbs white pepper |
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together well. Store in an airtight container until use. Apply liberally to meat.Notes
