Ginger sauce ribs

Ingredients
• 2 Tbs sugar | • ½ Cup ketchup |
• 1 ½ tsp dry mustard | • ¼ Cup dark brown sugar |
• ¼ tsp paparika | • 3 Tbs soy sauce |
• ¼ tsp tumeric | • 3 Tbs water |
• ¼ tsp celery seed | • 1 tsp ginger |
• 4 lb baby back ribs |
Instructions
Combine first 5 dry ingredients and rub onto ribs. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Combine last 5 ingredients in small bowl and refrigerate 6-12 hours.Cook ribs to your preference, basting with sauce every 10 minutes during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
